For mainland United Kingdom, we have the following delivery methods:

• A1 Post to your home without signature, delivery: 5 to 9 working days , price of 7£

Orders to countries outside of mainland Europe are sent by A1 post with price of 9£

Deliveries are made within an average of 1 working day (time for order processing and delivery). Delivery times begin to run once the order confirmation email is sent.

When your order leaves our warehouse, the carrier will email the corresponding tracking number to you. If you do not receive your package within the indicated timeframe, please contact Customer Service at info@isispharma.co.uk so we can investigate the matter, which may take several days.

Orders made in United Kingdom for amounts of over €100 including tax are shipped free of charge. For lower amounts, shipping costs are charged as follows:

Orders made outside Europe for amounts of over £150 including tax are shipped free of charge. For all lower amounts, shipping costs will be charged at £9 incl. tax.

In order to guarantee delivery times, after your order is validated it is impossible to modify the delivery address. If the address is incorrect, your package will be returned to us and we will refund you as soon as possible.
